As a Licensed Real estate Associate broker with Howard Hanna Coach Realtors and private investor Joanne has been actively engaged in all facets of real property purchases and sales, renovations, new construction, design and staging in Long Island, North Carolina and Florida.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, as a Real Estate Loan Officer with ING Bank NY, Joanne traveled in the U.S. and the Netherlands, underwriting and administrating commercial construction, high-end residential and affordable housing loan products.

Through the years Joanne has purchased residential land properties, invested in new residential home construction, rehabbed properties for resale. She has purchased, held and sold properties across Long Island, North Carolina and Florida.

The culmination of acquired skills and financial prowess enable her to best assist clients in locating, buying, selling, and renovating their dream home or investments property. Providing her client base with relevant reporting and data, including, but not limited to, listings, market activity, economic and financial indicators affords them the comfort of reaching an educated decision.
